Service Quotes and Pricing

Scheduling and Cancellation

Customer Responsibilities

Prohibited Items

We cannot remove certain items due to legal and safety requirements, including but not limited to:

Radioactive materials
Asbestos-containing materials

If prohibited items are discovered during service, work may be stopped and alternative disposal arrangements will be required.

Property Access and Damage

While we take every precaution to protect your property, normal wear from moving large or heavy items through tight spaces may occur. Customers should identify and protect any sensitive areas before service begins.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Returned checks may be subject to additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

NEXA Cleanouts is not liable for:

Items removed at the customer's direction
Pre-existing property conditions
Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
